The 14th Annual Peak to Peak Pedal

The 14th Annual Peak to Peak Pedal (P2P14) will take you from the mountain peaks of the San Bernardino mountains through the Owens valley to the peaks of the Sierras, finishing at Mammoth Mountain. Beginning Wednesday, October 8th, over five days and approximately 335 miles, you will experience an eye opening and heart warming adventure that will not only leave a mark on your life, but allow you to do the same for countless others.

P2P enables the United States Adaptive Recreation Center (USARC) to continue offering unique and life changing outdoor therapeutic recreation programs to children and adults with physical or cognitive disabilities. The only on-site, year-round program of its kind in the region, the USARC provides the teaching and equipment that enables persons with disability to spend their winters snow skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing. Complimenting that is an unrivaled summer program teaching water skiing, kayaking, sailing, fishing, and Jet Skiing, as well as off-road, downhill wheelchairs.

The freedom you experience each time you ride a bike (or partake of any other recreational pursuit), is exactly what the USARC has done thousands of times for thousands of people who would otherwise not have such liberating and rewarding opportunities. It is your support, by your participation in the Peak to Peak Pedal, that ensures the USARC will be able to continue providing those opportunities for everybody to feel that freedom.
